Orders submitted for physical products can be cancelled within 12 hours of submission of order and payment received by Vacillate Then Elevate LLC.

Orders for digital products are nonrefundable once order and payment received by Vacillate Then Elevate LLC.

Orders for customized/personalized physical products are nonrefundable.

Payment Policies

Vacillate Then Elevate LLC accepts payment from all major credit card companies, debit/credit transactions and payment services such as Stripe. We also accept cash payments on select orders using select purchasing methods. Vacillate Then Elevate LLC is not responsible for any additional fees or costs obtained while utilizing payment vendor. All payments due at time of order and are subject to terms of return policy. Timeline for order creation does not begin until order is paid in full. All clearance and sales are final and nonrefundable $7.00 exchange fee on those eligible orders. Customers are responsible for shipping fees and reshipping as necessary. Taxes will be added on your purchase at end of transaction.

Turnaround TImes

Physical products- Once order and payments is received, orders will be ready for delivery/shipping within 5-7 business days. 

Personalized/Customized Products/Services- Once consultation is completed, personalization/customization is agreed upon and order & money received, order will be ready for delivery/shipping for date provided by representative of Vacillate Then Elevate LLC. Depending on customization/personalization, order will be ready within 5-10 business days after order and money is received.

Digital Products/Services- Unless personalized/customized, orders will be ready for use and/or viewing within 24 to 48 hours guaranteed.

Orders are not considered placed until design is agreed upon (if applicable) and payment is received. Turnaround time does not begin until these steps are completed in ordering process.

Pickup is available in select states and for select orders and purchases and if previous agreed upon with representative from Vacillate Then Elevate LLC before order is placed. Drop off or meeting at an alternative location is subject to a fee at representative from Vacillate Then Elevate LLC’s discretion.

By engaging in ordering process, client/customer expresses understanding that client/customer is responsible for cost of shipping and/or delivery. Cost will be added to total and paid in full prior to order process beginning. VTE is not responsible for shipping cost or shipping delivery time frames. Return Policy /Exchange Policy 

Vacillate Then Elevate LLC is committed to ensuring clients/customers care satisified with their shopping experience and obtain quality product/service.

If interested in returning a physical product, please fill out and submit digital return form linked below. Digital products and services are ineligible for return, but other accommodations may be available on a case by case basis. Please see below for additional information on return/refund policy.

Return forms for misprinted, damaged and/or defective items must be submitted within 2-3 days after product has been received/delivered.

Forms for exchanges for size or color ($7 restock charge) must be submitted within 3-4 days of purchase/delivery. Item must be unworn and not washed. 

Forms submitted due to packages being lost in transit must be submitted within 4-5 days of initial delivery date. If provided address is not deliverable or shipment is unclaimed, shipment will be returned to Vacillate Then Elevate LLC. You will be responsible for new delivery charges and fees once updated address is confirmed.

 

Personalized/Customized items can not be returned/exchanged. Please triple check  all customizations and personalizations. Please also check sizing.

Clearance/Sale Items are not refundable and can not be returned.Box items and digital services can not be returned or exchanged.

Please do not send item for return/exchange until Vacillate Then Elevate LLC reviews return/exchange form and you receive a return confirmation.

Built In Reviews 

With document services, there are two review periods build into the ordering process. Each reviewing period lasts three days at most.

Request for Revision ($10 additional for each request)

Process exists to have revisions made to provided documents after final presentation of digital documents for an additional $10 per requested revision.

Future option of paying monthly fee to have continuous access to revision services and document creation services. Turnaround time of 4-7 business days.
